Our customers manage 5,000+ leads per month and rely on coordinated, multi-touch engagement across long sales cycles. We’ve built strong positioning, messaging, and outbound capabilities. Now we’re looking for a hands-on growth operator to independently turn that into a scalable, high-performing ABM and paid acquisition engine.

Must-Have Tech Stack Experience

You must have hands-on experience working directly inside the following tools (or very close equivalents):

Outbound & Data Layer

  • Clay (data enrichment, workflows)
  • Smartlead (email automation)
  • HeyReach (LinkedIn automation)
  • Apollo (prospecting and sequencing)
  • BetterContact (data enrichment)
  • Scapelli (or similar outbound tooling)
  • LinkedIn (ads + outbound workflows)
  • Claude or similar AI tools (for workflow + copy leverage)

Marketing & CRM

  • HubSpot (CRM + campaign tracking)
  • ContactLevel (or similar audience syncing tools)
  • Experience integrating outbound tools with paid platforms and CRM systems

The Role

We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to independently own and execute our ABM and paid media strategy.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role.

You will take our existing positioning and:

  • Build campaigns
  • Write ad copy
  • Launch and manage paid programs
  • Automate workflows
  • Generate qualified pipeline

    You will not be managing people. You will be expected to execute and deliver results.

What You’ll Own

1⃣ End-to-End ABM Execution

  • Build and manage account-based marketing campaigns targeting defined ICP accounts
  • Pull and segment target accounts from Apollo
  • Enrich and structure data using Clay
  • Ensure target accounts are consistently activated across channels
  • Own execution- from audience creation to campaign launch

2⃣ Paid Media Ownership (Strategy + Execution)

  • Translate Meera’s positioning into high-performing ad campaigns
  • Own ad creative strategy:
  • Messaging angles
  • Hooks and value props
  • Creative testing roadmap
  • Write ad copy across:
  • LinkedIn
  • Google (Search + Display)
  • Meta
  • YouTube
  • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns directly
  • Continuously test and iterate to improve performance

You are responsible for both what we say and how it performs.

3⃣ Automation & Systems

  • Build automated workflows across:
  • Apollo
  • Clay
  • BetterContact
  • SmartLead
  • HeyReach
  • ContactLevel
  • Sync audiences dynamically into ad platforms
  • Eliminate manual processes (no CSV uploads)
  • Connect CRM activity to campaign triggers

4⃣ Outbound + Paid Coordination

  • Ensure accounts targeted by outbound also receive paid “air cover”
  • Activate retargeting when accounts engage
  • Align messaging with funnel stage and sales activity
  • Maintain always-on presence across channels for target accounts

5⃣ Pipeline & Performance Ownership

  • Own metrics like:
  • Cost per meeting
  • Pipeline generated
  • Account engagement
  • Improve conversion from ad → meeting
  • Run experiments to continuously improve results

You are accountable for lead generation output.

  • Not a strategy-only role
  • Not a brand/content role
  • Not a marketing coordinator position
  • Not a team management role
  • Not a RevOps back-office role

This is a hands-on builder role focused on execution and results.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You’ve:

  • Owned paid acquisition for a B2B SaaS company
  • Built and executed ABM campaigns
  • Written ad copy that converts
  • Worked directly inside ad platforms and automation tools
  • Supported outbound sales teams with pipeline generation

You are:

  • Highly hands-on and execution-focused
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Strong at both systems and creative thinking
  • Able to translate positioning into performance marketing
  • Data-driven and accountable for results

Required Experience

  • 4–7 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
  • Proven experience running paid campaigns in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with ABM or account-based targeting
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads
  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM workflows

Bonus:

  • Experience with Clay or similar enrichment tools
  • Experience integrating outbound + paid channels
  • Startup experience
