As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will support the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention. This role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities across various channels, including direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms, Amazon, and social media, contributing directly to BIOptimizers’ mission of biologically optimizing the health of humanity. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and maximize marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings subject matter expertise in growth marketing and strong execution skills within a distributed, high-performance environment.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field within the consumer goods or wellness industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing systems.
Demonstrated ability to drive results through effective marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
Strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making and A/B testing methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with e-commerce platforms and omnichannel marketing strategies.
Relevant certifications in digital marketing, growth marketing, or data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics Certification).
Familiarity with a consumer wellness brand operating in a hypergrowth environment.

This is a fully remote position. BiOptimizers has a globally distributed team and supports flexible work arrangements across time zones.
With team members across many countries and time zone differences of up to 16 hours, we’ve established a standard collaboration window from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
This is not a required work schedule, but a shared time frame for meetings and team syncs. At BiOptimizers, we support flexibility — team members are encouraged to work the hours that best suit them, as long as they:
