About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on, analytical, and creative Growth Marketing Manager who can bridge data, performance, and storytelling. You’ll own both paid acquisition and organic growth efforts, manage our agencies, and constantly look for new ways to drive qualified traffic, convert leads, and grow the Tastewise brand globally.

You’ll collaborate closely with our SEO consultant, paid ads agency, content, and growth teams-balancing big-picture strategy with day-to-day optimization. This role is perfect for someone who loves running experiments, diving into attribution, and turning insights into measurable business outcomes.

  • Lead paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta- managing our agencies and budgets.
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams to boost traffic, strengthen our organic presence, and improve conversion rates.
  • Experiment with new channels and distribution opportunities to expand reach and brand visibility.
  • Own campaign performance: track, analyze, and optimize conversion rates from traffic to MQLs, demos, and opportunities.
  • Run email and nurture campaigns that move leads through the funnel and improve engagement.
  • Diagnose funnel issues—identify where traffic isn’t converting and test solutions to increase pipeline quality.
  • Partner with external associations or communities to amplify visibility and demand generation.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Ops to align on messaging, KPIs, and lead handoff.



Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, performance, or demand generation marketing.
  • Proven experience managing agencies for SEO and paid media.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, attribution models, and conversion metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, and GA4.
  • Ability to balance strategy with execution- comfortable diving into campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Curiosity and creativity to test new channels, content formats, and growth ideas.
  • Experience managing large budgets and optimizing ROI.
  • Strong ability to present company and product data in a convincing messaging
  • Knowledge on how to develop landing pages that convert
