THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly analytical, user-obsessed, and strategic Growth Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team. You are results-obsessed and know how to build a growth engine from scratch. You've set up marketing tech stacks before, you know which levers actually drive pipeline, and you're not afraid to kill campaigns that don't convert.

This pivotal role will drive the strategy and execution for increasing user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across our self-serve product offerings. You'll be the architect of our product on-ramps and in-product growth loops, leading efforts to optimize the user journey and identify key friction points. This isn't just about marketing; it's about making the product its own best growth engine. This isn't a "brand awareness" role. Every initiative you launch will be measured against one question: Does this drive revenue?

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own Revenue-Driven Growth:

  • Build and execute a comprehensive product-led growth strategy focused on metrics that matter: user acquisition, activation, feature adoption, retention, and conversion to paid

  • Identify the shortest path from signup to revenue and eliminate every point of friction along the way

  • Drive measurable improvements across the entire user lifecycle - with a relentless focus on conversion

Build the Growth Stack from Scratch:

  • Audit and optimize our growth marketing tech stack (analytics, attribution, experimentation platforms, CRM integrations)

  • Implement proper tracking, attribution modeling, and reporting infrastructure so we know exactly what's working

  • Create dashboards that connect marketing activities directly to pipeline and revenue

Lead Continuous Experimentation:

  • Design, prioritize, and manage an experimentation roadmap focused on conversion optimization

  • Launch and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across onboarding flows, feature adoption, messaging, and upgrade paths

  • Move fast, kill what doesn't work, and double down on what does

Drive Product-Led Growth:

  • Optimize the on-boarding experiences to get users to value faster

  • Improve feature discoverability and adoption to drive expansion revenue

  • Design and test in-product upgrade flows that convert free users to paid customers

  • Use data to identify high-intent users and create targeted conversion paths

Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

  • Work with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success and Sales to align growth initiatives

  • Translate user insights and data into actionable product requirements

  • Ensure everyone understands how their work connects to revenue outcomes

Become a Data Expert:

  • Use analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) to understand user behavior, identify drop-off points, and track conversion funnels

  • Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to understand what drives purchase decisions

  • Define and report on KPIs that clearly show which tactics are moving revenue

Champion Results-Driven Culture:

  • Foster experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and accountability across teams

  • Make it clear that good ideas are measured by results, not effort

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years in Growth Marketing at a start-up or scale-up SaaS company, with proven experience driving revenue through product-led growth

  • Experience building a growth tech stack from scratch: You know how to select, implement, and optimize tools for analytics, attribution, experimentation, and CRM

  • Track record of driving revenue: You can point to specific initiatives where you moved key metrics (activation rates, conversion to paid, expansion revenue, LTV)

  • Expert-level proficiency with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio)

  • Deep understanding of experimentation: A/B testing methodologies, statistical significance, and how to design tests that produce actionable insights

  • Strong analytical skills: You can map user journeys, identify friction points, and translate data into growth opportunities

  • Revenue accountability: You understand unit economics, CAC, LTV, and how to optimize for profitability, not just vanity metrics

  • Results-driven mindset: You're obsessed with what works and ruthless about cutting what doesn't

  • Self-starter mentality: You don't wait for someone to tell you what to do, you figure it out and make it happen

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where you had to build processes from zero

  • Technical background or solid understanding of software development

  • Prior exposure to the AEC industry

  • Experience with PLG motion at a developer-focused company

  • Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and growth hacking
