Design static and motion ads for social platforms
Produce multiple versions optimized for size and format
Collaborate with creative strategists on direction and storytelling
Manage quick turnarounds while maintaining visual excellence
Organize design files for easy access and iteration
Stay updated on paid-social creative trends
2+ years of graphic design experience focused on paid-social ads
Strong, diverse portfolio of ad creatives
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Canva
Creative speed with attention to detail
Comfort in agency or freelance-style environments
Excellent communication and time management skills
Experience with eCommerce or DTC brands
Familiarity with performance marketing and creative testing
