- Maintain and troubleshoot integrations across GHL, HubSpot, Intercom, and Zapier.
- Landing Pages & Web

- Ensure accurate setup and configuration of analytics tracking tools.
-
Content & Partner Support

-
Support content scheduling, podcast production logistics, and social media operations. No content creation required.
Must-Haves
- Strong working experience in GoHighLevel — workflows, email templates, contact lists, custom fields. You should be able to build a multi-step automation from scratch without a tutorial.

- Zapier proficiency — building and troubleshooting cross-platform integrations.
- Experience with Intercom or similar in-app messaging platforms (banners, emails, series).
- Comfortable building and editing pages in Webflow, ClickFunnels, or GHL page builder.
- Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills for data reporting.
