Taking job briefs and sourcing candidates
Managing applicants and making sure everyone has an update about their application
Conducting screening calls with all candidates before submission
Providing detailed and comprehensive profiles
On occasion, you'll account manage our clients

Experience recruiting marketing talent into start-ups and scale-ups
Availability to commit to each project for a minimum of 3 weeks
Your own LI recruiter license (non-essential) and candidate database
Passion for working against deadlines!

Salary: commission based role - generous structure, uncapped.
