Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Punchh & Attentive)
We are looking for an experienced lifecycle marketer with deep expertise in Punchh loyalty and Attentive SMS to help build and operate a behavior-driven CRM program for a fast-casual restaurant brand. This role will require up to 35 hours per month.
This role will focus on designing and executing automated lifecycle journeys that convert first-time guests into repeat, loyal customers, working alongside our paid media team to support an acquisition-first growth model.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage automated lifecycle flows in Punchh and Attentive (onboarding, second-visit acceleration, frequency building, lapse recovery, and high-value guest programs)
- Develop behavior-based segmentation strategies using transaction and loyalty data
- Create and optimize SMS and email messaging tied to guest state and purchase behavior
- Translate menu-level and behavioral insights (via Bikky/CDP data) into targeted offers and messaging
- Implement offer governance and testing frameworks to improve retention, AOV, and visit frequency
- Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly insights and optimization recommendations
Ideal Experience
- Hands-on experience operating Punchh loyalty marketing programs
- Deep knowledge of Attentive SMS lifecycle automation
- Experience with restaurant, QSR, or multi-location retail brands
- Familiarity with POS/CDP-driven marketing stacks (Toast, Olo, Bikky, etc.)
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategy, segmentation, and retention marketing
The ideal candidate understands how to connect transaction data, loyalty programs, and SMS/email automation to drive measurable improvements in repeat visits and customer lifetime value.
