The Field Sales Marketing Strategist role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing support for the organization’s field sales team. The role serves as a key liaison between Field Sales and Marketing, ensuring alignment, consistency, and effective execution of field-facing marketing initiatives.
We are open to applicants living in the states of South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa as this is a remote based role. Regular travel to Indiana for training and team meetings, in addition to traveling throughout the sales territory to build relationships with field sales employees and dealers is expected.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute field sales marketing strategies, plans, and materials in collaboration with the sales team and marketing department.
- Build strong relationships with the field sales team and dealer network to develop effective marketing tools and gather actionable insights.
- Serve as a liaison between the field sales and marketing teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Communicate with RBMs, ATLs, and sales team on planning and organization of shows based off of Field Sales Marketing Team direction.
- Assist as needed with the planning, promotion and execution of events, that may include, but not limited to coordination of logistics, materials, venues, travel, and on-site setup and tear down.
- Deliver professional presentations to sales teams of varying experience levels, clearly communicating strategies, updates, and proposals.
- Evaluate and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives by monitoring key metrics.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Marketing Digital Storefront and provide user support to field sales team when needed.
- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with creative team, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
- Organize and maintain all files associated with assigned responsibilities.
- Prioritize and manage incoming requests from the field sales team while maintaining organized files and documentation.
- Stay current on industry trends and compelling marketing ideas.
- Perform other related duties as may be required by the Field Sales Marketing Lead.
Job Requirements
1. Education and training:
- Bachelor’s Degree in area of Marketing Communications, Agriculture or other related field.
- Training in systems management, logistics, event planning, or other related field preferred.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record as determined by Beck’s automobile insurance policy.
2. Technical knowledge:
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the sales process and selling techniques.
- Agricultural background or basic Ag knowledge is preferred.
- Possess a positive attitude and actions
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, work as a team member, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Project management, reporting research results, understanding the customer, process improvement, initiative, planning
- Extensive computer and software skills (Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite)
3. Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a marketing, communications or agricultural sales related field.
- Past experience with tradeshow work, the service field, or hospitality is a plus
4. Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted on occasion.
5. Travel:
- Overnight travel is required visiting various dealers and sales team meetings, as well as industry trade shows and company events.
- Travel expectations may be higher during the first year as the individual builds relationships, gains market familiarity, and supports onboarding.
- Once established in the role, expected travel is approximately 40–70 overnight stays per year.
