The Field Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for leading regional market activation, commercial marketing execution, sales enablement, regional events, account-based marketing initiatives, and customer engagement programs that support pipeline generation, revenue growth, and commercial success. This role serves as the primary marketing partner to assigned region Commercial teams and translates global product marketing and campaign strategies into regional execution plans aligned to market needs and business priorities.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Execute regional-focused marketing programs aligned to regional commercial priorities, target accounts, pipeline objectives, and revenue goals.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Partner closely with Sales leadership to activate global campaigns through regional programs, account-based marketing initiatives, customer engagement activities, and targeted outreach.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Translate global campaign and product marketing strategies into actionable regional execution plans.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify regional market opportunities, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and commercial priorities to inform activation strategy.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Serve as the primary marketing partner to assigned regions Commercial teams.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop and adapt sales enablement materials, customer presentations, campaign assets, outreach content, and supporting tools aligned to commercial priorities.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support pipeline acceleration through account-based marketing initiatives, sales plays, customer engagement programs, and regional activation efforts

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Partner with Commercial teams to support strategic opportunities, customer-facing initiatives, events, campaigns, and deal progression activities.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Drive adoption and consistency of approved messaging, positioning, campaign priorities, and value propositions across region.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Lead regional event activation activities aligned to commercial priorities and pipeline objectives.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Execute event-related planning, outreach, sales enablement, onsite activation, customer engagement, and post-event follow-up activities.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Adapt campaign and event messaging into region-specific activation programs designed to generate measurable commercial outcomes.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Partner with Commercial teams to maximize pipeline generation and opportunity progression resulting from events and customer engagements.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with Digital & Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Communications, and Commercial teams to improve campaign effectiveness and pipeline performance.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Capture customer, sales, and market feedback to support messaging refinement, targeting optimization, and go-to-market improvements.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide structured market, customer, and competitive insights that support campaign development and product marketing strategy.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Create and adapt customer-facing content, campaign materials, event assets, presentations, sales outreach materials, and account-based marketing content.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure regional marketing activities align with approved messaging, positioning, brand standards, and corporate guidelines.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Track, measure, and communicate program performance, engagement metrics, and regional marketing effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 Degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, communications, healthcare administration or related field

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, commercial marketing, campaign marketing, or related marketing disciplines.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 聽Experience supporting sales organizations and driving measurable pipeline contribution.

Salary range from $94,000 to $125,000, dependent upon experience.
