Birdeye is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to drive pipeline through high-impact, in-person hosted events across the Central and Western U.S.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on planning and executing regional events that bring together senior decision-makers from our target accounts. You'll work closely with Sales to drive registrations, support targeted outreach, secure pre-event meetings, and ensure we're getting the right prospects in the room.
We're looking for someone who's organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple events at once, with a clear understanding of how field marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own regional hosted events end-to-end, from event planning, budgeting, vendor management, and logistics to on-site execution and post-event reporting.
- Partner closely with Sales to align events with target accounts and pipeline priorities.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to drive qualified registrations, attendance, and pre-event meetings.
- Monitor registration progress and work with Sales to maximize attendance from priority accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including RevOps, Design, Product Marketing, and Customer Marketing.
- Track and report on event performance, including registrations, attendance, meetings booked, pipeline generated, and revenue impact.
- Maintain organized event trackers, timelines, budgets, and post-event recaps.
- Support broader field marketing programs as needed, including trade shows, sponsored events, and partner activations.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Experience planning and executing in-person events, ideally regional hosted or executive-level events.
- Experience working closely with Sales teams and supporting pipeline generation.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Experience managing event budgets, vendors, and logistics.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar platforms is a plus.
Location, Hours & Travel
- Location: Remote, Central Time Zone preferred. Pacific Time Zone candidates will also be considered.
- Working hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, with flexibility for PST schedules.
- Travel: 20–30%, typically 2–3 trips per month averaging two days each. Occasional evenings or weekends during events, with schedules balanced during non-event weeks.
