The Field Marketing Manager leads regional marketing efforts to support pipeline growth and sales alignment within North America. The role is responsible for planning and executing localized marketing programs and events, adapting global campaigns for regional relevance, and partnering closely with Sales to ensure marketing efforts are aligned to local priorities and revenue goals. This role works in close collaboration with Sales, Corporate Marketing and Sales Development Representatives to execute global messaging with regional nuances and priorities applied.

Key responsibilities:

Regional Campaign Execution

  • Plans and delivers regional marketing programs aligned to sales goals and local market needs, including collaborating with partners on joint programs.
  • Localizes global campaigns to ensure relevance and impact in the region.
  • Coordinates with Corporate Marketing to maintain consistency in brand and messaging.

Sales Partnership & Alignment

  • Partners with regional sales leaders to align on pipeline goals, campaign priorities, and market opportunities.
  • Supports targeted sales initiatives with localized marketing tactics and materials.
  • Maintains ongoing communication with Sales to gather feedback and optimize regional efforts.

Event Management

  • Manages local, regional specific events including logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality experiences that support pipeline and engagement.
  • Tracks event performance and provides insights to inform future planning.

Execution & Reporting

  • Owns country-specific marketing plans, budgets and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitors campaign and event performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Supports reporting on regional marketing activities and pipeline contribution.

Skills & competencies

  • Experience in field or regional marketing within a B2B environment
  • Workday experience or understanding of HR, payroll and benefit platforms preferred
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and sales alignment
  • Ability to adapt global campaigns for regional execution
  • Experience in coordinating regional marketing efforts
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong partnership with sales leaders and teams
  • Experience managing events and working with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot and ZoomInfo
  • Strong understanding of data segmentation, profiling and analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary Pay Range

Minimum - Maximum:

$80,150.00 - $148,850.00
