The Field Marketing Manager, EMEA is Stord's first dedicated marketing hire in the region and the person responsible for building our go-to-market presence in Europe from the ground up. Working in close partnership with the EMEA Sales team, you will own the full field marketing motion across the region: events, demand generation, partner marketing, and local brand awareness.Field Events & Experiences
Own the EMEA events calendar: trade shows, sponsored events, hosted dinners, roundtables, and partner activations
Identify and prioritize the highest-ROI event opportunities in key EMEA markets and build a presence that earns attention and drives pipeline
Manage end-to-end event logistics, including vendor relationships, booth design, staffing, and post-event follow-up
Develop Stord's owned event strategy in EMEA, including intimate executive dinners and brand experiences that build relationships with key prospects and partners
Regional Demand Generation
Build and execute regional campaigns that generate pipeline for the EMEA Sales team across paid, organic, email, and partner channels
Localize global campaigns and content for EMEA audiences, adapting messaging, channels, and formats to regional buying behavior and market context
Partner with the global Demand Generation team to ensure EMEA pipeline goals are met and regional learnings feed back into the global strategy
Own regional attribution and reporting; know your numbers and communicate performance clearly to Sales and Marketing leadership
Partner & Channel Marketing
Identify and activate regional partners, including e-commerce platforms, agencies, consultants, and ecosystem players relevant to the EMEA market
Build co-marketing programs with key partners that expand Stord's reach and credibility in the region
Represent Stord at partner events and in partner communities where DTC founders and e-commerce operators spend time
Brand & Communications
Build Stord's brand awareness in EMEA through local PR, social, and community engagement
Identify and develop regional media relationships and trade publication opportunities relevant to e-commerce, logistics, and DTC
Act as a local brand ambassador, ensuring Stord's voice and positioning are consistent and compelling across all EMEA touchpoints
5+ years of marketing experience, including regional or field marketing in high-growth B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services
Proven ability to build regional marketing programs with limited resources and budgets
Strong experience in event marketing: trade shows, hosted experiences, and partner activations
Experience partnering with Sales to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes
Skilled at localizing global messaging for regional audiences while maintaining brand consistency
Data-driven: tracks performance, reports results, and uses insights to inform decisions
Excellent project management: manages multiple programs and markets simultaneously
Self-starter with high ownership mentality: sets priorities, drives outcomes end-to-end
Based in Europe; familiarity with key markets (UK, Netherlands, Germany, Nordics) preferred
Fluency in English required; additional European language(s) a plus
Bonus: experience in e-commerce SaaS, logistics, fulfillment, or commerce-adjacent technology
