We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to support Conduent’s transformation journey and growth objectives, with a focus on enterprise-wide Commercial Solutions and expansion targets.
About the Role:
The Field Marketing Manager plays a critical role in Conduent’s go-to-market strategy, developing marketing programs that drive awareness, demand, and pipeline acceleration. This role supports commercial growth within the telecommunications, technology, and consulting sectors, ensuring campaigns, content, and outreach align to the needs and priorities of these industries. The role partners closely with sales executives, account managers, client partners, solution marketing, and lead development representatives to deliver integrated campaigns aligned to Conduent’s commercial priorities.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing marketing strategies across prioritized accounts using 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many models with account-based marketing support
• Collaborating with sales and account managers to align marketing activities with account plans and pipeline targets.
• Participating in regular planning and review sessions with sales stakeholders to refine targeting and messaging.
• Building and delivering multi-channel targeted campaigns across digital, email, paid media, events, and coordinated sales outreach.
• Partnering with Event Management on logistics, promotion, and lead capture for executive events and webinars.
• Working with Lead Development Representatives (LDRs) to progress leads from initial engagement to sales-accepted status.
• Monitoring and optimizing program performance and reporting on account engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI.
• Ensuring campaign messaging and content are tailored to telecommunications, technology, and consulting audiences.
• Developing industry-specific content and campaign kits including case studies, solution briefs, and thought leadership.
• Managing campaign timelines, asset delivery, and performance tracking to drive continuous improvement.
• Leveraging dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and program results.
Requirements:
• Demonstrate 8+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years developing and executing ABM and demand generation campaigns.
• Show proven success building marketing programs for enterprise accounts.
• Apply strong understanding of multi-channel campaign orchestration (email, paid media, digital, events).
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to support account-based strategies.
• Utilize marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (Marketo, Salesforce, PowerBI)
• Communicate effectively with strong organizational and project-management skills; fluency in U.S. English required.
• Adapt quickly to testing new marketing approaches and refining campaign execution.
• Manage multiple priorities independently in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
• Bring industry experience in telecommunications, technology, and/or consulting (strongly preferred).
Education:
BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Liberal Arts, or related field preferred.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is ($115,000 -$140,000)
