The Field Marketing Manager role is essential in bridging the gap between corporate marketing strategies and local market execution. The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing localized marketing initiatives, fostering community engagement, and driving brand awareness and sales growth in assigned regions.
This role will lead the implementation of targeted marketing plans for Plasma Centers, with a focus on driving competitive advantages through market research and recommending the most effective marketing channels.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating marketing collateral, prospect targeting, managing center grand openings, and executing promotional campaigns. The Field Marketing Manager will collaborate with local and regional management teams to lead and oversee day-to-day field marketing initiatives for company collection centers. This includes managing marketing projects and working with external agencies.
The Field Marketing Manager will be accountable for ensuring that strategic marketing efforts result in measurable outcomes and contribute to the growth of the business. Additionally, this role will ensure that brand and marketing plans are customized to meet the unique needs of each market and successfully activated across all platforms to maximize impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develops, executes and implements region-specific marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and sales pipeline growth. Tailor national campaigns to local markets, ensuring alignment with broader corporate marketing goals. Oversees timelines, communication and training of internal stakeholders and managing promotional life cycle.
- Strategic Marketing Coordination and Performance Optimization: Oversees the creation and distribution of applicable promotional materials, ensuring alignment with the overall business vision and industry best practices. Collaborates with operations team members to achieve goals, including ongoing assessment of budget as it relates to center liter production, donor repeatability, donor acceptance/rejection, conversion rates, cost structures, promotional campaigns and other identifiable metrics.
- Promotion Strategy for Donor Retention and Loyalty: Crafting promotions that incentivize repeat donations, foster long-term donor loyalty, and drive sustained engagement with the Plasma Centers. The goal is to ensure donors return consistently while strengthening their connection to the brand.
- Lead Generation: Drive local lead-generation efforts by partnering with broader marketing team to identify target audiences, create region-specific content, and leverage events, direct mail, and digital marketing to capture qualified leads.
- Budget Oversight: Manage and track the budget for field marketing initiatives. Ensure cost-effective use of resources while achieving desired marketing outcomes.
- Metrics & Reporting: Measure and report on the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns. Analyze results and provide insights for continuous improvement. Development of program success metrics, evaluation criteria, feedback mechanisms and Return on Investment analysis.
- Cross-Functional Coordination and Donor Engagement Strategy: Coordinates center activities with public relations, community relations and corporate communications functions within company. Utilizes marketing assets including new donor recruitment resources, lapse donor recruitment resources, donor repeatability, donor loyalty and customer service materials.
- Integrated Marketing Support and Donor Engagement Optimization: Support various other marketing projects and job-related duties as assigned, included but not limited to retail marketing activities, in-center marketing materials audit and update as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- High School Diploma required
- BA degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education required
Experience
- Minimum 4 years field marketing experience.
- Minimum 4 years management experience, including managing employees required
- Experience managing multi-site locations preferred
- Progressively more responsible positions in a complex organization and experience working in a regulated environment preferred
- Excellent critical reasoning, decision-making and problem solving skills to analyze situations, determine risks, find solutions to prevent future issues and resolve recurring defects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details to handle multiple tasks, short deadlines, frequent interruptions and shifting priorities in support of changing company objectives
- Strong leadership, training, written and verbal communication and interpersonal and presentation skills to drive results
- Understand regulatory standards, various local, state and federal laws that apply to the business and where to find information on standards and interpretations
- Experience planning, organizing, securing and managing project resources preferred
- Proficient at providing assistance and directing managers to identify and resolve problems preferred
- Proven skills in budgeting and financial management
- Intermediate to strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Working Conditions (physical & Mental Requirements)

- Ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside immediate work unit
- Ability to compose materials such as detailed reports, work-related manuals, publications to limited scope or impact, etc. and/or to make presentations outside the immediate work area
- Overnight travel required up to 60% of the time
