We’re looking for problem solvers, innovators, and dreamers who are searching for anything but business as usual. Like us, you’re a high performer who’s an expert at your craft, constantly challenging the status quo. You value inclusivity and want to join a culture that empowers you to show up as your authentic self. You know that success hinges on commitment, that our differences make us stronger, and that the finish line is always sweeter when the whole team crosses together.

We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Field Marketing Manager to support scalable marketing programs across the Americas Theater Marketing organization. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Territory Field Marketers to drive registration, engagement, and seamless execution of virtual and in-person programs that generate pipeline and support regional priorities.

In this role, you will coordinate cross-territory initiatives, manage timelines and communications, support Alteryx Days and direct mail activations, and ensure programs are executed consistently and efficiently. You’ll serve as a central point of organization for scaled field programs while tracking performance and ROI to inform ongoing optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scalable field programs. Support the execution of virtual and in-person programs across the Americas Theater, ensuring timelines, outreach, messaging, and follow-up are aligned and delivered on schedule.

  • Drive registration & engagement. Partner with Sales and Territory Field Marketers to support targeted outreach efforts that increase event registrations, attendance, and engagement.

  • Support Alteryx Days & activations. Coordinate planning and execution of Alteryx Days-in-a-Box programs and related activations, ensuring materials, logistics, and follow-up are organized and delivered seamlessly.

  • Manage direct mail programs. Oversee logistics, vendor coordination, and tracking for direct mail and gifting initiatives tied to regional priorities and events.

  • Measure what matters. Track registrations, attendance, engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI with SFDC, Alteryx, and Tableau. Provide clear performance insights and reporting.

  • Maintain organization & communication. Develop and manage detailed project plans, facilitate stakeholder communication, and support updates to the broader marketing team to ensure visibility and alignment across programs.

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives across territories and marketing teams.

  • Travel ~10%. Occasional travel for key programs and team collaboration as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–5+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation within B2B tech/SaaS.

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage concurrent programs effectively.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua) and CRM (Salesforce) systems.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking program performance and ROI.

  • Clear, proactive communicator who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

  • Ability to operate independently while maintaining strong alignment with cross-functional teams.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • High‑impact, visible role owning two of our most important regions.

  • Collaborative, low‑ego team that values experimentation and rapid iteration.

  • Competitive salary, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.

  • Flexible remote work with travel for regional engagement.

  • Join us and help shape how we show up—and win—across the West Coast and Midwest!
