We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to focus on our Service Nation brand. Running a service business is tough. Between hiring techs, managing customers, and keeping profit margins healthy, it can feel impossible to do it all. That’s where Service Nation by EverPro comes in. As the leading contractor membership network, combining community, education, and vendor partnerships, we help home service pros cut costs, boost profits, and get more from every job.
The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing Service Nation’s established partner marketing ecosystem. This role ensures partners receive structured, scalable marketing visibility while maintaining a strong member-first focus.
Working closely with partner, product, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and customer success teams, the Partner Marketing Manager develops campaigns and engagement strategies that position partner solutions as valuable resources for contractors. The role balances partner promotion with Service Nation’s broader value proposition—including education, business resources, and community—ensuring partners support member success.
The Partner Marketing Manager plays a critical role in improving the effectiveness, scalability, and governance of partner marketing initiatives while contributing to both partner rebate revenue goals and overall member retention.

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 USD annually in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
