We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to focus on our Service Nation brand. Running a service business is tough. The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for owning and managing the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) for Service Nation. This role drives the development and execution of automated marketing programs that support lead generation, engagement, and revenue growth. The position works closely with growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, sales, and analytics teams to design scalable workflows, optimize campaign performance, and maintain the health and integrity of the marketing database. The Marketing Automation Manager ensures that marketing automation systems, campaigns, and reporting operate efficiently while enabling data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the HubSpot Marketing Hub platform for Service Nation, ensuring campaigns, workflows, and integrations operate efficiently and reliably.
- Develop and execute the marketing automation strategy to support demand generation, lead engagement, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Design, build, and manage automated marketing campaigns, including nurture programs, engagement workflows, and triggered communications.
- Build and maintain landing pages, forms, CTAs, and email templates within HubSpot to support campaign execution.
- Design and maintain lead scoring models that prioritize leads based on engagement signals and readiness to purchase.
- Develop and manage segmentation and personalization strategies to deliver targeted messaging based on customer attributes and behavioral data.
- Partner with Growth Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing Managers to implement automated campaigns aligned with go-to-market initiatives and lifecycle stages.
- Collaborate with Sales to develop automated lead nurturing workflows that support pipeline development and sales readiness.
- Support integration between HubSpot and Salesforce in partnership with operations and technical teams.
- Maintain the health, hygiene, and governance of the marketing database, including contact records, company records, segmentation structures, and data quality processes.
- Monitor campaign and workflow performance and continuously optimize programs to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate and improve messaging, workflows, and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop dashboards, reporting, and analysis that provide insights into campaign performance, engagement, and revenue contribution.
- Ensure all marketing automation activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other privacy requirements.
- Responsible for key performance metrics including:
- Marketing-qualified lead (MQL) volume
- Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate
- Campaign engagement (open, click, conversion)
- Database growth and health
- Revenue attribution from automated programs
Skills and experience needed for success in this role:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing automation within B2B software or technology organizations.
- Strong expertise with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Customer.io, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience building and managing landing pages, forms, emails, and automated workflows within a marketing automation platform.
- Experience developing lead scoring models and segmentation strategies that support pipeline development and lead qualification.
- Strong understanding of database management, marketing data hygiene, and CRM integration.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, including marketing-to-sales data synchronization and lead routing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and translate insights into optimization strategies.
- Experience conducting A/B testing and campaign experimentation to improve engagement and conversion performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product marketing, operations, and analytics.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and established QA processes to ensure automation workflows and campaigns function correctly before launch.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to automated marketing communications and data privacy.

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States - if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 USD annually in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
