Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, including logistics, timelines, vendors, sponsorship deliverables, onsite management, and attendee experience
Manage event calendars, project plans, budgets, and operational workflows
Coordinate booth production, signage, collateral, giveaways, registration, travel, and event logistics
Ensure events are executed on time, on budget, and aligned with company standards
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to implement event messaging, visual identity, and campaign assets
Collaborate with Sales and Demand Generation teams to support meeting generation, customer engagement, and follow-up activities
Coordinate internal stakeholders, external vendors, and event partners to ensure smooth execution and communication
Support executive speaking engagements, customer events, and partner activations
Event Enablement & Experience
Translate established marketing campaigns and brand initiatives into cohesive event experiences
Ensure consistency across physical and digital event touchpoints
Manage pre-event, onsite, and post-event executional activities that support audience engagement and pipeline goals
Help create scalable event processes, templates, and operational best practices
Measurement & Reporting
Track and report on event performance metrics including attendance, engagement, meetings, pipeline influence, and ROI
Maintain event documentation, timelines, and post-event recaps
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and event effectiveness
Required Experience & QualificationsÂ
4–6+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, experiential marketing, or event operations
Proven ability to manage complex events and multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Experience with event platforms, CRM systems, and marketing tools preferred
Healthcare, health tech, or B2B experience preferred

Salary Range: $104,000 - $130,000
