Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Email Marketing Client Manager to lead client accounts and execute high-performing email marketing strategies.

This is a remote email marketing role ideal for someone with strong Klaviyo expertise, client management experience, and a proven track record in driving revenue through email and SMS campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with multiple eCommerce clients
  • Develop and execute Klaviyo email & SMS strategies (campaigns, flows, automations)
  • Build and optimize key flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback)
  • Oversee campaign planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, revenue per recipient) and optimize campaigns
  • Conduct client calls, reporting, and strategic reviews
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to deliver high-converting campaigns
  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to account growth
  • 2–5+ years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (mandatory)
  • Proven experience managing client accounts (agency or in-house)
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
  • Experience working with eCommerce/DTC brands
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced remote environment
