As the Director: US Retail Portfolio, New Brand Readiness & Enablement Marketing Lead, you will have an opportunity to develop retail-specific, customer-centered strategies and resources to support the growth of Pfizer’s Primary Care Portfolio, including vaccines and new brand readiness. The individual in this role should possess a breadth of marketing experience across several areas including pharmacists/HCPs, consumers, and B2B, as well as operational experience in the development and deployment of resources for use by Retail account teams.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Retail Marketing Team Lead, this role will focus on identifying unmet needs and developing educational resources for Portfolio & New Brand Readiness use within the Retail Channel, to help improve patient outcomes. Given the criticality of the Retail Channel and Primary Care business, this role is responsible for leading the pull-through of innovative marketing strategy across our vaccine brands. This role is responsible for strategic planning, providing marketing insights, and deploying against key retail marketing strategies & tactics. It will require strong collaboration across US vaccine brand teams, pharmacy account teams, and retail customers, to ensure all educational initiatives, in-store programs and media are coordinated among the brand teams with a customer-centric view and are fully leveraged.
This colleague will also work with new brands for readiness of multiple strategic initiatives and priority projects in collaboration with stakeholders across the vaccine business and external marketing vendors/agencies. This role will need to successfully work cross-functionally, diagonally/up, and manage a team of external resources supporting the marketing business. Given the dynamic marketplace, this colleague will need to stay agile based on business priorities, self-starter/proactive, possess executive presence, and translate complex concepts into streamlined insights.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $156,600.00 to $261,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
