Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality by using their Oura Ring and its connected app. We've helped millions of people understand and improve their health by providing daily insights and practical steps to inspire healthy lifestyles.
Empowering the world starts with living our values and empowering our team. As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office.
We’re looking for a Director of Product Marketing to join ŌURA, focused on hardware innovation and cross platform experiences. This is a senior leadership role who can step into complex hardware NPI programs and own the full product marketing strategy: from early product development through audience definition, positioning, messaging, and comprehensive go-to-market planning across retail, eCommerce, PR, and integrated marketing.
You’ll own launch strategy end-to-end, shape the customer narrative, drive GTM alignment, and lead the broader cross functional team through key stage gates to launch. As the PMM lead for your launches, you’ll partner cross-functionally across Product, Program Management, Design, Research, Brand, Creative, Comms/PR, Growth, and Lifecycle to bring our products and features to consumers globally. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in consumer hardware marketing, strong GTM instincts, and the ability to translate technical innovation into clear, differentiated customer value across hardware and software. While this role is weighted toward hardware NPI, you’ll also need to be comfortable leading software features and app experiences, ensuring every launch ladders into a cohesive, integrated product story.
You bring both Director-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’re comfortable turning ambiguity into decisions, influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders without authority, and building confidence in the GTM plan. You excel at transforming insights into sharp narratives and translating those narratives into crisp, actionable briefs that create cohesive stories across hardware, software, and the full member experience. You operate as a force multiplier, helping raise the bar on product marketing craft and rigor across the team.
