This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for shaping and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, commercial enablement, and revenue growth. The Director of Marketing will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and corporate development teams to deliver integrated marketing programs that reinforce operational priorities and support customer acquisition. This position combines high-level strategy with hands-on execution, including overseeing digital campaigns, brand management, PR, and internal communications. It offers the opportunity to lead a marketing team, manage external partners, and expand the company’s footprint across North America, with potential for global reach as the business grows.

  • Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives, drive lead generation, and support revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and regional teams to ensure marketing initiatives enhance customer retention and pipeline health.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions for clients across emerging industries such as data centers, EV/auto, semiconductor, and manufacturing.
  • Oversee corporate communications, PR, thought leadership, and brand identity across all channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Lead marketing campaigns for events, digital channels, ABM, SEO/SEM, and social media to generate leads and accelerate conversions.
  • Supervise the marketing team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and workload allocation.
  • Manage third-party vendors, agencies, and freelancers to extend team capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and HR to support sales enablement, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8–12 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role managing small to mid-sized teams.
  • Experience leading marketing for a national business with multi-regional operations and significant revenue ($500M+).
  • Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, sales enablement, and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress) and design/presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Background in industrial services, construction, or related industries preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (40%+), and work effectively in remote/hybrid settings.
