About the role
Come build with us! As Futuri’s Director of Marketing, you’ll be the creative strategic architect and operational driver of our marketing engine across all product lines. You’ll set the vision for where we’re going and make sure the day-to-day execution gets us there. This is a true player-coach role, where you will have accountability to execute and ‘get it done.’ You’ll drive positioning, GTM strategy, and brand narrative while managing priorities, coaching the team, and rolling up your sleeves to ensure high-quality execution. We’re looking for someone who brings both creative energy and a positive attitude that makes the work exciting for everyone around them. People who “Make it fun to get it done.”
You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Business Leadership to tie marketing directly to revenue outcomes. You’ll turn complex products into clear stories, design campaigns that drive measurable pipeline, and guide a small but talented team that thrives on speed, creativity, and accountability.
If you love building, optimizing, and accelerating, this is the track for you.
