About the Role
We’re seeking a Director of Enrollment and Engagement Marketing to lead strategy and performance across Solera’s health plan and employer client portfolio. This role is responsible for driving measurable enrollment into chronic condition and wellness programs through data-driven, multi-channel campaigns.
You’ll operate at the intersection of consumer marketing, client partnership, and analytics—owning end-to-end engagement strategy while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. This is a high-impact role for a marketer who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and is motivated by delivering measurable outcomes at scale.
What You’ll Do
Engagement Strategy & Client Partnership
- Design and optimize member engagement strategies across Solera’s client portfolio
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, shaping enrollment strategy and sharing performance insights
- Translate client goals, member populations, and program offerings into targeted marketing plans
- Present strategies and results to senior stakeholders; build trust and influence decision-making
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Lead end-to-end campaign strategy across email, SMS, direct mail, and phone channels
- Partner with Marketing Operations to execute campaigns with high quality and compliance
- Own enrollment forecasting and performance metrics (conversion, cost-per-enrollment, ROI)
- Drive continuous testing across messaging, targeting, and channel mix to improve performance
Data & Insights
- Define KPIs and translate campaign data into actionable insights
- Apply segmentation and behavioral insights to improve targeting and engagement
- Identify trends and optimization opportunities; foster a test-and-learn culture
What You’ll Bring
- 8–12 years of experience in B2C or B2B2C marketing, with deep expertise in multi-channel campaign strategy
- Proven success driving measurable acquisition or enrollment outcomes
- Strong experience with email, SMS, and direct mail
- Exceptional client-facing skills; able to influence health plan or employer stakeholders
- Highly analytical; comfortable owning performance metrics and translating data into action
- Experience operating in complex, multi-client environments with regulatory constraints
- Healthcare experience preferred; familiarity with HIPAA/TCPA a plus
Travel
- This is a remote position based in the U.S.
- Occasional domestic travel required for client meetings and team events (up to 10%)
