The Opportunity
We are seeking aDirector of Digital Marketingto own and lead our digital growth engine. This is a senior, high-impact role for a seasoned professional who understands how digital strategy translates into pipeline, revenue, and measurable performance.
You will set the digital direction, manage agencies and vendors, and ensure all digital channels perform efficiently at scale. While this role is leadership-focused,hands-on experience is required—you understand performance because you have executed it yourself.
Core Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Leadership
Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned to growth, lead volume, and efficiency
Serve as the senior digital authority for executive leadership
Manage and hold agencies and vendors accountable to performance, timelines, and budgets
Hands-On Strategy, Oversight & Execution
You will directly own strategy, performance oversight, and execution standards for:
Google Local Services Ads (LSA)
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):Optimizingwebsite content, structure, and technical performance to improve organic visibility and rankings in search engines such as Google and Bing
Search Engine Marketing (SEM):Managing paid search advertising through platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive targeted traffic, leads, and conversions
PPC Campaigns:Paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting
YouTube Advertising:Strategy, targeting, creative direction, and performance optimization
Video Content (Organic & Paid):Short‑form, long‑form, and campaign‑driven video
Media Direction:Supervising videographers, editors, and creative partners to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment
Additional Channel Ownership
Website:Conversion strategy, UX, testing, and performance optimization
Email Marketing:Campaign strategy, automation, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
Analytics & Reporting:Executive-level reporting on lead volume, cost per acquisition (CPA), ROI, and channel performance

Cost per acquisition (CPA) efficiency
Paid media and video performance
Website conversion rates
Clear,accurate, executive-ready reporting

Who You Are
10+ years of digital marketing experience, including senior or director-level ownership
Proven, hands-on experience with paid ads and performance marketing
Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, video advertising, and CRO
Strong agency and vendor management experience
Highly analytical and confident presenting results to executive leadership
