We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist and executor — someone who can build the brand, run campaigns, and hold themselves accountable to results.
This role owns the full marketing function for Landscape Turf (SYNLawn & White Label): strategy, demand generation, digital, content, events, and customer experience. You'll report to the CMO and work closely with sales, products, and leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning
Brand strategy, positioning, and messaging for SYNLawn
Annual and quarterly campaign planning across channels
Market segmentation, ICP definition, and content strategy
Execution & Activation
Demand generation — paid media, email, SEO, and digital
Website management, social media, and PR
Conference and trade show planning and execution
Data & Measurement
Marketing attribution, campaign ROI, and budget tracking
Brand health metrics and audience insights
Reporting cadence to CMO and leadership
Customer Experience
Customer journey mapping and Voice of Customer programs
NPS / CSAT insight to action plans
Retention marketing and lifecycle programs

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HS diploma/GED required
MBA or advanced degree in marketing, business, or related field
Experience in building materials, construction, outdoor or sports industry
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM / MAP platforms
Background in both B2B and B2C environments
Experience with brand equity research or VoC programs
Conference and event marketing experience
Experience:
4–6+ years of marketing experience, B2B or B2C
Proven track record running integrated campaigns end-to-end
Strong grasp of demand gen, SEO, and digital marketing
Comfortable with data — attribution, dashboards, and budget management
Excellent communicator — written, verbal, and visual
Self-starter who can operate with autonomy and move fast
Experience managing agencies, vendors, and contractors
