What You'll Do
As the Director of Marketing Operations, you’ll play a critical leadership role in shaping how marketing delivers results. You’ll lead strategies, systems, and processes that power the team—ensuring work is efficient, scalable, and measurable.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. You’ll partner closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize operations, enable smarter decision-making, and drive measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operational Strategy: Define and execute a forward-looking marketing operations strategy aligned to business goals. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team effectiveness.
- Marketing Technology: Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing tools and platforms to enhance performance and scalability.
- Performance & Analytics: Lead the development of marketing metrics, reporting, and insights. Translate data into actionable recommendations and embed it into business processes.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Build strong partnerships across teams to ensure marketing is aligned with broader business priorities and delivering integrated results.
- Budget & Resource Planning: Oversee marketing budget planning and resource allocation to ensure strategic investment and efficiency.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a strategic operator and strong people leader who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, strategy, transformation within Financial Services
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and operations, business processes, and technology solutions
- Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience building and scaling processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and lead through change
- High level of professionalism and ability to manage confidential information
- Willingness to travel occasionally (overnight as needed)
- Proficiency in AI tools and transformation
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$141000 - $191000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
