We are seeking an experienced Director, Marketing to join our team. This is an in-office position in Irving, TX.  We are open to someone working remotely, as well.
Position and Scope:
The Director, Marketing (BioteRx) will lead our nationwide marketing strategy of the BioteRx platform, and 503A/503B offerings, direct to in-network clinics while driving provider messaging and engagement, product pricing and evaluation focused on sustained revenue growth. This leadership role combines planning, development, and business expansion – fostering relationships with field sales, clinics, and health systems to position the platform and current 503A/503B pharmacy offerings as a trusted national partner in customized health and wellness solutions.
As a Director, Marketing, you will:
  • Own the design, launch, and management of national marketing efforts of the BioteRx platform, establishing relationships with stakeholders across markets to support and balance marketing plans and market execution.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to create and execute marketing plans to achieve growth and effectively market 503A/503B platform and products.
  • Identify PR opportunities and collaborate with Chief Marketing Officer on strategy and execution.
  • Lead content development for the BioteRx platform aligning with sales and revenue goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts, platform/product utilization, and provide feedback to drive product development based on customer needs.
  • Responsible for communicating product/platform developments, rollout/implementation timelines, and changes to the field sales team and customers.
  • Maintain accurate pricing portfolio of product offerings and coordinate prospective discounting with the Business Development team.
  • Serve as a liaison to customers to provide feedback of platform enhancements and escalate technical issues to the IT team for resolution and platform development.
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain team to assess product inventories and provide data to drive applicable forecasting models.
  • Track key metrics through dashboard analysis and translate marketing data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned.
As a Director, Marketing, your background should include:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business/healthcare degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience with 503A/503B compound pharmacy operations/marketing is required
  • Proven track record in B2B outreach campaigns
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate results clearly
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, set priorities, meet deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.
