Job DetailsJob Location: OSC Utah - Salt Lake City, UT 84111The primary responsibility of the Director is to oversee the Direct Marketing function and its outcomes. The Director is to oversee and collaborate with 3rd party marketing firms (social media, PPC, SEO, billboard, radio, television/OTT, and other broadcast media) to achieve lead generation, cost per start, and budgetary goals in each recruitment region. The Director is also the function leader for the in-house direct marketing positions.
Oversee social media, PPC, SEO, billboard, Radio, and other broadcast media campaigns
Align marketing channels to the recruitment and brand strategies.
Collaborate with selected 3rd party marketing firms to achieve lead generation, cost per start, and budgetary goals
Develop and direct internal marketing team members
Prepare and launch the marketing mix in new regions
Provide reports and data to 3rd party marketing firms to maximize campaign effectiveness
Oversee and direct the recruitment pages of the College’s websites by coordinating with internal functions and SEO marketing firms
Assist in identifying marketing trends
Implement proper marketing mix
Manage each area’s marketing spends and adjust spends as needed to achieve outcomes
Participate in creating advertisements and other marketing materials as needed
Oversee the market research function
Oversee the operational aspects of all lead generation trade shows and conferences
Develop marketing strategies and execution plans for other NEG divisions as needed
Exemplify the company’s culture within the function
Attend required College meetings and committee meetings as needed
Assist the Chief Growth Officer in additional duties as assigned
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years experience in marketing management and leadership
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or healthcare management
PPC, SEM, or other digital media experience is required
Comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment
Ability to collect, analyze, and effectively use qualitative and quantitative marketing data
Proficiency in the following programs: Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Google Ads, various AI tools and systems
Remote work and travel is required
