The Director will serve as both a strategist and operator: elevating Revecore’s digital presence through SEO/SEM, paid media, website experience, and analytics, while also advancing the marketing organization’s operational maturity through data, technology, and process excellence.

The Role:

  • Digital Marketing Leadership
    • Lead the development and execution of Revecore’s digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, paid social and web channels.
    • Oversee website management and optimization, including A/B testing to improve user experience and conversion performance.

    • Own dashboards, data pipelines, and analytics to track marketing performance and ROI.
    • Partner with Sales to refine lead scoring, attribution, and conversion tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with content and brand leads to ensure consistent storytelling and messaging across channels.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and IT for web and systems development initiatives.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement
    • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
    • Champion a culture of testing, measurement, and optimization.
    • Establish best practices for digital governance, tagging, and campaign measurement.
  • Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)

    • Lead quality (MQL → SQL → win rate)
    • Paid media ROI and cost-per-lead efficiency
    • Brand visibility and share of voice

You will be successful if you have:

  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with deep expertise in SEO/SEM, paid media, and web optimization.
  • Proven success managing marketing operations, including CRM, MAP, and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort translating data into strategy and action.
  • Experience building integrated digital campaigns that generate measurable pipeline impact.
  • Experience supporting website content strategy and development, including collaboration with external agencies and creative partners.
  • Collaborative leader with excellent communication skills and a bias for execution.
