Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in driving the execution, optimization, and continuous improvement of digital property marketing initiatives. This role supports and enhances digital property marketing products and services within the property marketing service tower and sits within a global digital marketing team, partnering with stakeholders across regions to translate business needs into scalable, user-focused digital solutions. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative professional services environment, the Digital Marketing Specialist is accountable for delivering high-quality digital experiences, supporting operational excellence, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders, partner teams, and vendors. This role is well suited for a marketing professional who brings strong digital expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to balance execution, strategy, and stakeholder engagement in a global context. Key Responsibilities Own the execution, optimization, and ongoing evolution of select digital property marketing products and projects, including oversight of business-as-usual (BAU) operations such as incident management, vendor coordination, and process improvement Own user support and enablement for one or more property data source systems, using feedback and usage insights to inform enhancements and improve the end-to-end user experience Partner with business stakeholders across regions to conduct stakeholder research, gather requirements, and perform digital analysis to assess needs, identify opportunities, and inform solution design and prioritization Manage property-related development user stories from discovery through deployment, ensuring business needs are clearly captured in actionable functional requirements and user stories Partner closely with the Global Website product team to groom backlogs, prioritize work, and guide stories through development sprints, testing, and release Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT), release readiness, and end-user communications Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders and partner teams for assigned products and initiatives, building relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and accountability Demonstrate strong executive presence and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders Analyze trends, feedback, and performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and make recommendations for continuous improvement Lead workstreams in support of the digital property marketing service tower, supporting planning, prioritization, and cross-team coordination Establish and maintain processes, documentation, and best practices to support consistent delivery and operational excellence Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, product support, or a related role Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into digital or technical solutions Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and inform decisions Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience engaging with senior stakeholders Proven ability to work effectively across diverse audiences, functions, and experience levels, including global partners Experience partnering cross-functionally with technology, product, or development teams Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting or managing digital platforms such as content management systems (CMS), analytics tools (including Google Analytics), video hosting platforms, or other marketing technology systems used to analyze user engagement and performance Experience or familiarity with paid digital advertising and email marketing Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices, with the ability to evaluate and contribute to user-centered digital experiences based on data-driven insights Familiarity with property data, complex data structures, or database-driven systems, and an interest in improving how data is presented and consumed Experience building clear, well-structured presentations in PowerPoint and delivering content to stakeholders and partner teams Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar development work management tools Experience using Asana or other project management tools, or formal training in project management principles Experience in B2B, professional services, or real estate environments What We Offer Ownership of impactful digital property marketing initiatives with visible business impact Opportunities to influence digital solutions, roadmaps, and user experience decisions on a global scale Exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional leadership A collaborative, inclusive environment within a global real estate services organization

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 72,165.00 - $84,900.00
