About our Client:
The client provides digital marketing strategy and hands-on execution support to help businesses grow revenue through performance-focused marketing initiatives. Their work spans paid acquisition, messaging, and operational marketing systems, combining strategic planning with practical implementation to improve lead generation and conversion outcomes.

✍ Short Description:
The Paid Media & Marketing Specialist will co-own paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong focus on performance optimization and lead outcomes. This role also supports lifecycle marketing through email and SMS automation workflows, while building and improving local SEO programs. The specialist will proactively identify opportunities, implement improvements independently, and collaborate on campaign strategy and positioning for local service businesses. The role includes supporting client onboarding, maintaining organized workflows, and taking ownership of recurring initiatives across multiple accounts.

Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)
Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+)
⏰ Schedule: Part-Time, aligned with EST

Responsibilities:

  • Co-own paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads and Meta Ads, including keyword research, audience targeting, budget adjustments, and performance optimization.

  • Proactively review ad accounts, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement optimizations without step-by-step direction.

  • Monitor performance metrics (CPL, cost per lead, conversion data) and make autonomous decisions to improve results across multiple ad accounts simultaneously.

  • Build, manage, and optimize local SEO efforts, including blog content, citation management, cleanup, and on-page improvements.

  • Set up and manage email, SMS, and automation workflows in GoHighLevel, including drip campaigns, call tracking, and follow-up sequences aligned to each client’s value propositions.

  • Support onboarding of new clients by helping set up campaigns, tracking, and automation systems, while organizing initiatives and execution in Notion.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience managing paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads and Meta Ads, including optimization and budget adjustments.

  • Experience monitoring and improving performance metrics such as CPL, cost per lead, and conversion data.

  • Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation, including building drip campaigns and follow-up sequences across email and SMS.

  • Experience setting up and managing workflows in GoHighLevel, including automation and call tracking.

  • Experience with local SEO initiatives, including on-page improvements, citation management, and content support.

  • Proficiency organizing tasks and execution in Notion (or equivalent task/workflow management tools).
