We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate audience growth, visibility, and engagement across digital platforms. This role focuses on managing paid campaigns, driving high-quality traffic, and optimizing performance through data-backed strategies. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and experienced in fast-moving digital environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and X to boost traffic and engagement.
- Promote high-performing articles, market insights, and newsletters to maximize clicks, sessions, and readership.
- Create targeted campaign sets for specific content verticals such as market analysis, newsletters, and special features.
- Conduct ongoing A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and headlines to identify what drives the highest CTRs.
- Manage budgets effectively to deliver strong ROI across all paid initiatives.
- Grow and engage audiences on Twitter and Instagram through a mix of organic and paid strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with content, SEO, and social teams to ensure campaigns support editorial goals and brand positioning.
- Stay updated on platform changes, digital trends, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within media, fintech, or web3 domains.
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and X Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking, analytics, and performance optimization.
- Working knowledge of SEO, especially within digital currency or financial news ecosystems.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
