Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing Alpas Wellness’s digital marketing strategy in collaboration with key internal stakeholders to drive qualified inquiries, admissions growth, and brand visibility. This role leads integrated digital marketing initiatives across paid media, social platforms, marketing automation, and digital and print collateral to ensure consistent execution across channels.
In addition to strategy execution, this role provides oversight of both digital and physical media planning and ensures alignment across departments, including Business Development, Operations, Human Resources, Admissions, and Executive Leadership. The Digital Marketing Manager drives the paid media process in collaboration with key stakeholders and serves as the organization’s central resource for marketing direction, brand integrity, and campaign coordination.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that drives qualified inquiries and supports census growth. This includes executing on PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.), social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and paid media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align on messaging, position, and marketing material. Ensure marketing collateral reflects organizational values and program integrity.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve qualified inquiry volume and admissions outcomes.
- Drive the paid media strategy in partnership with the Director of Technology.
- Evaluate vendor performance and recommend changes, additional resources, or new platforms when appropriate.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and maintain executive-level dashboard tracking:
- Cost Per Inquiry (CPI)
- Cost Per Admission (CPA)
- Admissions by channel
- Payer source performance
- Ensure paid media efforts maintain focus on reducing CPI and CPA while preserving lead quality.
- Oversee landing page performance and conversion optimization initiatives.
- Partner with key stakeholders to maintain social platform postings including announcements, upcoming events, calendar of activities and other information.
- Serve as the internal marketing resource for departments including BD, Operations, HR, Admissions, etc.
- Support creation and maintaining Digital Marketing repository that has approved digital and physical assets that the team can use as needed. This includes but is not limited to:pictures, logos, color pallets, videos, templates, etc.
- Promote Alpas Wellness’ mission of destigmatizing addiction and mental health treatment.
- Act as a brand ambassador reflecting Alpas Wellness’ commitment to innovation, compassion, and excellence. Demonstrate cultural competence and professionalism when engaging with behavioral health companies and partners.
- Pursue innovative automation, tooling, and AI solutions before they become industry standard
- Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years in digital marketing experience, behavioral healthcare preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising. Google analytics and social media marketing.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Schedule:
