Digital Marketing Manager
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
Location: Remote (Canada)
A Day in the Life
You start your day by checking performance—HubSpot dashboards, site traffic, lead flow. One funnel is converting well; another needs a quick tweak. You adjust a form, refine a workflow, and move on.
Mid-morning, you’re inside the website. A corporate page needs a UX improvement to make the value clearer. A coach site needs a small update to better reflect their focus and location. You make the changes, keeping brand consistency intact while allowing individuality to show through.
Later, you resize a simple graphic for an email or landing page, nothing overproduced, just clean, clear, and effective. You jump on a quick check-in with the CMO to align on priorities, then dig into how evolving search and AI-driven discovery are impacting performance, refining what’s already in place.
In the afternoon, a coach reaches out with a website question. You help troubleshoot, apply a fix, and note a pattern that might turn into a better system or template later.
By the end of the day, things are clearer than they were in the morning. Pages perform better. Leads flow more smoothly. Coaches feel supported. Systems feel simpler, not heavier.
That’s a good day!
