The Role:
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to support initiatives across organic and paid marketing channels. This internship offers hands on experience in campaign development, creative execution, audience research, and performance analysis within a collaborative marketing team. The intern will contribute to real marketing initiatives while gaining exposure to both brand building and performance driven strategies.
What You’ll Do:
Support organic social media planning, content creation, and scheduling across platforms
Assist in developing creative assets for digital campaigns, including social graphics and light design work
Conduct keyword, audience, and competitive research to inform campaign strategy
Contribute to paid marketing efforts through copywriting and campaign coordination
Monitor campaign performance and help compile insights and reporting metrics
Collaborate cross functionally to ensure consistent messaging across channels
About You:
You are curious, detail oriented, and eager to learn in a fast paced marketing environment. You enjoy blending creativity with data and are excited about gaining real world experience across multiple digital channels.
Ideal Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Demonstrated interest in digital marketing, social media, or campaign strategy through coursework, projects, or internships
Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear and engaging content
Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising concepts
Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing performance metrics and identifying trends
Nice to Have:
Experience using social media scheduling tools or content management systems
Familiarity with basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Exposure to Google Analytics or other marketing analytics platforms
Compensation:
This is an hourly internship role with a pay rate of $20/hour.
The compensation range represents the pay the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, geographic location, and applicable law.
