We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Ecommerce Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build real experience across the full ecommerce stack—from digital paid advertising and listing strategy to day-to-day operations, product data, and customer support. You'll have meaningful ownership across multiple channels from day one, with room to grow.Â
Pay: $21.00–$26.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Remote
Travel: Approximately 10%Â
Requirements
Core Responsibilities:Â
- Assist in building and managing Amazon PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored DisplayÂ
- Support the development and execution of paid advertising strategy on Amazon with a focus on ACoS, ROAS, and revenue growthÂ
- Pull and analyze weekly performance data for assigned SKUs (sales, sessions, conversion rate) and share findings with the ecommerce leadÂ
- Assist in developing and refining product listings, A+ content, and brand store assets on AmazonÂ
- Support broader DTC digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, promotions, and product launchesÂ
- Assist with loading copy and images to Amazon and DTC storefronts; QA live pages for accuracy and complianceÂ
- Monitor listing health (suppressed listings, Buy Box status, content errors) and resolve issues with Amazon support and internal teamsÂ
- Maintain accurate product metadata including titles, bullets, descriptions, images, UPCs, and GTINsÂ
- Manage product feed updates and GDSN entries; validate distributor and digital catalog data for accuracyÂ
- Coordinate with Creative and QA teams to ensure on-platform assets match approved images and copyÂ
- Monitor Seller Central daily including orders, messages, shipments, stranded inventory, and returnsÂ
- Track inventory levels across Amazon and Shopify; flag reorder needs and support restocking coordination with the fulfillment teamÂ
- Coordinate with the fulfillment team on routing and inbound prepÂ
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, Amazon messages, and chat with a professional, solutions-focused approachÂ
- Handle order management on Shopify and Amazon Seller Central including refunds, replacements, and escalationsÂ
- Respond to Amazon A-to-Z claims and customer messages in accordance with platform guidelinesÂ
- Build and maintain a customer FAQ and standardized response library for consistent, efficient supportÂ
- Surface recurring customer issues and product feedback to inform operational and marketing decisions
 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Â
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central including order management, customer messaging, and Amazon policy familiarityÂ
- Working knowledge of Shopify for order management and customer account resolutionÂ
- Analytical mindset with the ability to pull reports, interpret performance data, and make iterative recommendationsÂ
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and empathetic tone for customer interactionsÂ
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following and building SOPsÂ
- Self-directed; able to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (Excel/Sheets: VLOOKUP, filters, pivot basics)Â
- Proactive problem solver who asks the right questions and escalates when necessaryÂ
 Required Qualifications:Â
- Class work or internship experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or a related roleÂ
- Strong written communication skills and a professional tone for customer-facing interactionsÂ
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns; familiarity with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, or DSPÂ
- Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or comparable Amazon analytics platformsÂ
- Previous work in CPG, nutrition, or regulated consumer productsÂ
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid digital channelsÂ
- Demonstrated experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Advertising (PPC) in a professional contextÂ
