Digital Marketing and Engagement Manager

The Vacancy

We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Digital Marketing & Engagement Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing Megger’s global digital engagement strategy, driving customer-centric, measurable digital experiences across social, search, community and influencer channels, while ensuring consistency with brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a global social and digital engagement strategy aligned to business goals.

• Lead organic and paid social campaigns to drive reach, engagement and conversion across key platforms.

• Own and optimise SEO and zero-click marketing strategies to improve discoverability and content performance.

• Manage agencies and influencer partnerships, ensuring strong performance, governance and ROI.

• Build and oversee online communities, driving advocacy, loyalty and effective customer engagement.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing and omnichannel engagement delivery.

• Strong track record of managing agencies and influencer marketing programmes.

• Solid understanding of SEO, zero-click marketing and content optimisation strategies.

• Experience with community management platforms and digital engagement frameworks.

• Proficiency with marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g. GA4, SEMrush, Hootsuite).
