Job Description Summary

The Digital and Revenue Marketing Leader, Contrast Media Portfolio is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that leverage technologies to enhance customer engagement, streamline marketing automation, and improve and track campaign performance across the Contrast Media portfolio. This role manages the digital ecosystem and marketing technology stack, including the integration of AI solutions to enable data‑driven marketing initiatives, and supports the team in quantifying and tracking campaign KPIs and ROI across marketing and sales activities. This senior leader will also work closely with cross-functional product and marketing teams to optimize digital marketing efforts and ensure a seamless, technology-driven customer experience.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Tech Stack Optimization: Across the portfolio, manage and optimize the digital marketing tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation platforms, data analytics tools, and AI solutions. Ensure seamless integration between systems to enable effective data-driven marketing. GE HealthCare operates within the Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Assets, Adobe Analytics, Target, Workfront, Marketo) and utilizes Salesforce.com, Showpad, and many others.
  • Digital Ecosystem Management and Engagement: Across the portfolio, oversee Contrast Media Portfolio digital ecosystem, ensuring a cohesive online presence across all digital touchpoints, including websites, social media platforms, mobile apps, and digital advertising channels. Also, ensure team utilization of the tools across the marketing org.
  • Marketing Automation: Across the portfolio, implement AI technologies to enhance marketing automation, including customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and personalized content delivery. Integrate AI-driven tools to streamline workflows and improve campaign efficiency. Drive our efforts using Marketo and Salesforce.com.
  • Inform Digital Marketing Strategy: Across the portfolio, assist in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns. Use data insights to drive personalized customer engagement and improve ROI across the customer journey. Also, utilizing a Customer Data Platform (“CDP”) to maximize digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Performance Metrics and Analytics: Across the portfolio, use AI and data analytics to monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and customer journey insights. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Across the portfolio, collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, IT, and other teams to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business objectives. Collaborate with sales to ensure demand programs support field priorities and account strategies. Support the integration of digital and AI technologies across various departments.
  • Content Development and Digital Engagement: Across the portfolio, work with brand managers to develop engaging digital content, ensuring that it is optimized for various platforms and audiences. Leverage AI tools to automate content personalization and delivery.
  • Data Privacy and Compliance: Ensure that all digital marketing activities comply with data privacy regulations and industry standards. Implement best practices for data security and customer privacy within the digital ecosystem.
  • Vendor and Technology Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, technology partners, and digital agencies to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns and technology integration. 
     

Key Capabilities

  • Experience in developing and executing integrated digital campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, revenue, and customer retention.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools for personalization, campaign optimization, and real-time data analysis.
  • Proficiency in managing a digital marketing tech stack, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua), and analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Salesforce reporting, Tableau).
  • Experience in integrating digital tools and platforms to create a compliant and seamless digital ecosystem that supports marketing and customer engagement goals.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor, measure, and report on digital marketing performance. Ability to use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve customer experiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. 
  • Approximately 5-10% travel for periodic team, business, or customer engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or digital technology management, with some background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of using AI and data-driven approaches to enhance digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and AI solutions.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. 

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $122,400.00-$183,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
