Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to help drive pipeline growth and support revenue-generating marketing initiatives. This role will execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, Creative, Communications, and other key stakeholders to deliver engaging programs that generate measurable business results. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, analytical, and passionate about marketing. What You'll Do
Campaign Execution
Execute integrated demand generation campaigns that support pipeline and revenue objectives.
Coordinate and launch email, webinar, digital advertising, content marketing, event, and nurture campaigns.
Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives through targeted campaigns for strategic accounts and market segments.
Manage campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Communications, Creative, Marketing Operations, and external vendors to execute marketing programs.
Coordinate campaign activities across teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with business goals.
Support sales enablement efforts by providing campaign insights, materials, and resources.
Campaign Performance & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics and results.
Leverage AI-powered marketing tools and emerging technologies to improve campaign execution, content creation, audience targeting, personalization, reporting, and overall efficiency.
Identify opportunities to optimize engagement, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms to execute campaigns and maintain data integrity.
Recommend new technologies and AI capabilities that enhance marketing productivity and business outcomes.
Customer & Market Support
Develop a strong understanding of CSI's target audiences, buyer journeys, products, and industry trends.
Support campaign planning through research, testing, and continuous optimization.
Contribute innovative ideas for new marketing initiatives and program enhancements.
What You'll Bring
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning and adopting emerging AI technologies and evolving marketing best practices.
Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, webinars, events, paid media, ABM, and nurture programs.
Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make recommendations.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and project management tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
B2B marketing experience required.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms preferred.
Fintech, banking, financial services, or technology industry experience preferred.
Travel
Ability to travel for CSI's annual Customer Conference, team meetings, and other business-related events as needed.
