At Truven, you’ll join a team transforming healthcare through data, innovation, and real‑world impact—working alongside experts committed to improving health outcomes nationwide.

The Role

Ready to transform healthcare with powerful data, trusted insights, and real-world results?

At Truven, we’re not just working with healthcare data, we’re changing how the industry uses it to improve lives.  We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will build and execute targeted lead generation strategies across multiple market segments, working closely with both product marketing and sales to create integrated campaigns that fuel our growth and directly contribute to revenue goals.

How you will contribute:

  • Own always-on, multi‑channel demand gen campaigns, including digital, SEM, SEO, AEO, email, social, and events—to guide prospects through the buyer’s journey and drive a steady stream of high‑quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Manage demand gen budget and resources with a sharp eye on KPIs, impact, and results that matter.
  • Track what’s working (and what’s not), dig into funnel performance and ROI, and continuously optimize for impact.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and SDR team to ensure strong alignment on lead quality, lead follow-up processes, conversions, and overall go-to-market strategy.
  • Put our tech stack to work across marketing automation and CRM to ensure clean data, smooth handoffs, and scalable campaigns.

About You

What you will bring:

  • A proven track record of building B2B demand gen that actually moves the needle—pipeline impact, conversion lifts, and measurable growth—preferably in SaaS or technology environments. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience; experience in healthcare technology is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience working in marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills—you don’t just read dashboards, you interrogate the data, spot patterns, and turn insights into smarter targeting and better performance.
  • The ability to translate complexity into action: clear storytelling, crisp communication, and cross-team collaboration, especially with sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of the full marketing and sales funnel – you know what it takes to generate demand, nurture intelligently, and drive revenue outcomes.
  • A “figure-it-out” mindset: you move fast, proactively solve problems, and bring positive momentum, especially when priorities shift.
  • Management experience and product marketing experience preferred, especially if you’ve helped sharpen messaging, positioning, and campaign strategy that converts.
