Demand Generation Manager / Growth Marketing Manager Full-time/remote Must reside in the Central or Eastern time zone

About the Role We’re looking for a results-driven Demand Generation / Growth Marketing Manager to turn product lines into effective messaging and go-to-market strategies into qualified leads and revenue opportunities. You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns, optimize the marketing funnel, and measure performance to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute campaigns across email, paid ads (LinkedIn, Google), webinars, and events
Build and optimize lead-generation funnels and product nurture campaigns to convert prospects into sales opportunities
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance (leads, MQLs, pipeline)
Collaborate with Subject Mater Experts (SMEs), sales and leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Essential Skills & Competencies
Experience in demand generation, multi-channel campaigns, and funnel optimization
Strong creative skills with the ability to compose effective ad and email copy
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and improve performance
Hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising and email integrated and multiphase campaigns
Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
4–6 years of experience in product marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or similar roles
Experience in B2B, EdTech, or professional services
Preferred:
K-12 education product marketing experience marketing to school district leaders
Paid media campaign and email marketing experience
Familiarity with lead scoring, funnel optimization, and lifecycle marketing

This is a remote role with approximately 25% travel for events and conferences.
