Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3ā5 years of experience in sales, marketing, tendering, or engineering; experience in the switchgear or high-voltage sector is an advantage.
Desired Characteristics
Competencies: Knowledge of High Voltage switchgear and the Air Insulated Switchgear portfolio, power transmission and distribution, or related industrial sectors is a required baseline. Understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape ā or demonstrated willingness to develop these skills ā is required. Ability to work effectively in a team and matrix organization.
Commercial Acumen: Emerging ability to connect technical product features to commercial and operational value for customers and GEV markets, or potential to develop this capability.Note:

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $118,600.00 and $197,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidateās experience, education, and skill set.Ā
