Get Readii Group is a Registered NDIS provider delivering services to participants with a psychosocial disability in community. We are seeking a Customer Relations and Marketing officer with a strong background in building the organisation's profile and creating sustainable relationships within the NDIS and broader disability sector and maintain positive, professional and respectful relationships with NDIS participants, families, carers, providers and community stakeholders. Our aim is to build a strong workforce to effectively support NDIS participants through healthy collaboration and community awareness of our services.

In this role you will be responsible for:-

  • Develop relationships with support coordinators, plan managers, allied health professionals, support workers and other NDIS providers.

  • Identify opportunities to establish referral pathways and collaborative partnerships with relevant organisations and professionals.

  • Represent the organisation at networking events, community events, industry meetings and NDIS-related forums.

  • Develop and coordinate marketing activities that increase awareness of the organisation and its services.

  • Assist with development of marketing materials, newsletters, presentations, social media content and other promotional resources.

  • Maintain and develop the organisation's social media and digital presence in line with brand and communication guidelines.

  • Identify opportunities to promote the organisation through community engagement, partnerships, events and professional networks.

  • Support the development and coordination of networking and stakeholder events.

  • Build relationships with potential referral partners and identify opportunities for ongoing collaboration.

  • Confidence representing the organisation externally.

  • Ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and with different communication needs.

  • Strong organisation and time-management skills.

  • Ability to identify opportunities and turn relationships into meaningful partnerships.
