About the role

Pactum is seeking a challenge-driven Customer and Community Marketing Lead to build the customer voice at the center of Negotiation Intelligence. This is not a traditional marketing role. It is a strategic role for someone who understands procurement from the inside and wants to help shape its future.

You will build and activate a practitioner community around Pactum, turning real customer experience into credibility, education, and advocacy. This role connects first-hand procurement knowledge with storytelling, community building, and category leadership, positioning Pactum as a trusted home for senior procurement professionals.

In short, your mandate is to turn customers into advocates, community into influence, and real procurement experience into Pactum’s most credible growth lever.

What you’ll be doing

  • Customer voice and community ownership:
Build and manage Pactum’s customer and practitioner community, creating a space where procurement leaders learn, connect, and engage around Negotiation Intelligence.

  • Advocacy and champion activation:
Identify, activate, and support customer advocates who are willing to share experiences, perspectives, and outcomes.

  • Negotiation Heroes program ownership:
Own and evolve the Negotiation Heroes program, including customer spotlights, recognition, and storytelling initiatives.

  • Customer storytelling and narratives:
Develop authentic customer stories and case studies rooted in real procurement challenges, decisions, and results.

  • Community experiences and engagement:
Organize and host virtual and in-person community sessions such as roundtables, meetups, and peer discussions.

  • Education and certification support:
Support Negotiation Intelligence certifications and badges, encouraging participation and reinforcing practitioner credibility.

  • Customer participation and visibility:
Encourage and enable customers to participate in events, panels, content, and industry discussions.

  • Cross-functional orchestration:
Partner closely with Social, Content, and Events teams to amplify customer voices and ensure consistency across channels.

  • Internal customer advocacy:
Represent the customer perspective across marketing initiatives and act as a bridge between customers, community, and internal teams.
