YOUR IMPACT
Redwood Software is seeking a passionate and results-driven Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager to build and lead a world-class customer advocacy program from the ground up. This role is pivotal in amplifying the voice of our customers, driving brand loyalty, and fueling business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy encompassing customer references, case studies, content creation, speaking opportunities, awards programs and user community engagement. This is a highly visible and impactful role that requires strategic thinking, creative execution, and a deep understanding of customer engagement. If you are a self-starter with a passion for building programs from scratch and a proven track record of success in customer advocacy, we want to hear from you!
