Creative Director, Global Brand & Marketing
Safeguard Global is seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead and evolve our global creative vision across all brand and marketing touchpoints.
This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll shape how our story is told across the world — through visual identity, digital experiences, video, and UX design.
With 15+ years of experience leading teams, you will bring strategic clarity, creative excellence, and strong leadership to a complex B2B, global enterprise environment.
This role is responsible for translating Safeguard Global’s strategy, solutions, and values into compelling creative work that resonates with customers, partners, and employees worldwide. You will ensure that our creative not only looks exceptional, but clearly communicates who we are, what we stand for, and the value we deliver.
As Creative Director, you will be both a visionary leader and a hands-on contributor. You’ll set creative strategy, inspire a design team, and ensure our brand resonates with diverse audiences across regions and channels. Beyond creative excellence, you will be a trusted business partner, aligning design and brand initiatives to drive growth, engagement, and market impact.
Key Responsibilities
Define and champion Safeguard Global’s creative vision, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, business objectives, and company values
Bring Safeguard Global’s value, products, and purpose to life through creative storytelling, visuals, and experiences across all channels
Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of art directors, designers, and creative partners
Translate complex B2B offerings, services, and insights into clear, engaging, and human-centered creative concepts
Oversee creative development from concept through execution, maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and innovation
Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, HR, and Executive Leadership to deliver integrated, impactful creative solutions
Present creative strategies and concepts to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity
Ensure brand consistency across global markets while allowing flexibility for regional relevance
Establish creative processes, workflows, and standards that enable teams to do their best work efficiently
Stay informed on B2B marketing trends, design innovation, and emerging technologies to keep Safeguard Global’s brand modern and competitive
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in creative roles, with significant experience in senior leadership positions
Proven experience leading creative for B2B brands, ideally within global or complex organizations
Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, brand leadership, and creative excellence
Experience managing and developing high-performing creative teams
Ability to simplify complex ideas and make them engaging, relevant, and accessible
Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior leaders and cross-functional partners
Strong understanding of brand systems, campaigns, digital experiences, and integrated marketing
Ability to balance creative ambition with timelines, budgets, and business priorities
Nice to Have
Experience in global brand management or multi-market organizations
Agency and in-house experience
Background in employer branding, internal communications, or culture-driven storytelling
Familiarity with UX, motion design, or emerging B2B digital platforms
