As a Communications Specialist at NinjaOne, you will play a key role in supporting our global public relations program and helping tell NinjaOne’s story to IT leaders and MSPs around the world. This role is ideal for an early-career communications professional who is highly organized, passionate about writing, and who has a get stuff done attitude. You’ll work closely with the Director of Corporate Communications and our global PR teams to drive media coverage, support product and company announcements, manage awards programs, assist with reporting, thought leadership content, and more. This role blends strong writing skills with operational excellence — helping ensure our communications engine is firing on all cylinders across regions.
Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, *IL, KS, OR, TN, TX, & WA.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California, Colorado, or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $50,000- $60,000 per year.
