Daikin Applied is now hiring for a Controls User Interface Marketing Intern!

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Controls User Interface Intern to join our dynamic Controls Marketing team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in the field of controls user interface within a leading organization. Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor! 

Timeline: This Internship opportunity is remote for May–August 2026

What you will do:  

• Develop and improve tools and processes to support Daikin Applied Controls projects 

• Research and design concepts to update the Controls Collaboration Center – an interactive set of shared tools and processes for Field teams to sell, design, install, and support Daikin SiteLine Building Controls - concepts may include database structure for equipment control files, vetting of 3rd party vendors, and analytical tools for customers, technicians and salespeople 

• Assist with process improvement 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, UX Design, Operations, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Design, or related fields 

• Experience in data analytics 

• Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)   

• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Proficient in Visio flowchart 

• Proficient in Salesforce.com 

The typical hourly pay rate for this position is $24/hr - $27/hr. This represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
